The short version: if DownNote isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. No questions asked.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you're not happy with a paid plan, email hello@downnote.app within 14 days of your first payment for that plan, from the email address on your account. We'll refund the full amount, monthly or yearly, and move your account to the free plan.
After 14 days
You can cancel anytime. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, and it won't renew. We don't give partial refunds for unused time, except where the law requires it.
Renewals
If a renewal charge surprises you, for example a yearly plan you meant to cancel, email us within 7 days of the charge and we'll refund it if you haven't used DownNote since it renewed.
How refunds arrive
Refunds go back to the card or payment method you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
